About Tim Lodge

I am a proven leader who’s driven transformation in both the corporate and athletic worlds. With 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing across outsourcing, SaaS, and Global Asset Based Lending, my career took a turn at 41 when I became a Paralympic athlete. Now at 52, I am the current European Gold Medallist and World Silver Medallist in Paracanoe Marathon, competing at the highest level against athletes half my age, and pushing the boundaries of my degenerative disability after 59 anaesthetics, proving that with the right beliefs, peak performance is achievable. My journey doesn’t just end at the podium. I have championed change in the global athletic community, serving as Chair of the International Canoe Federation (ICF) Athletes Committee and as a key contributor to the historic Athletes’ Declaration, an International Olympic Committee-backed initiative that sets out athletes' rights and responsibilities within the Olympic Movement. For over five years, I excelled in these roles while sitting on the executive committee of the ICF, where I reshaped athlete representation and support, driving lasting change. Through my coaching business, Zenval, I help individuals and companies achieve lasting transformation by applying cutting-edge insights in neuroscience, longevity, and high-performance practices that have shaped my own journey to peak performance.
