About Tim M Morris

Tim is a safety and security leader with over 20 years of experience in operational, and risk management roles. He is currently a Senior Specialist, Safety and Health at Associated Electric Cooperative Inc.(AECI), where he develops, supports, and monitors standards and systems for enterprise health and safety. He ensures a safe, secure, efficient, and legally compliant work environment for AECI and its clients, partners, and stakeholders. Tim is a US Army veteran and a combat-tested leader who has deployed to the Horn of Africa and Iraq for combat operations. He's also deployed stateside for force protection, counter terrorism and counter drug operations. He is certified as a High Adversity Resilience Coach, Workplace Violence Threat Specialist (WVTS) and a Security Risk Management Professional (SRMP-C), among others. He is passionate about leading, protecting, and developing leaders, companies, and organizations so they can thrive through uncertainty and advance despite adversity.
