It all starts with the internal work. I'm a passionate leader with over 20 years of experience in adult education, training and talent development that drives innovation, change, and growth. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community partners, to advance the mission and impact of ATB, SAIT, MacEwan University, Bow Valley College and Mount Royal University. As a transformational leader, I believe in empowering others to achieve their full potential and make positive changes within the organization. I'm committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the institution's operations. My areas of expertise include strategic planning, team development, communities of practice, financial management, learner success, innovation and e-learning, and I'm always eager to explore new challenges and opportunities to make a difference in the world of training, development and higher education.
