I have over 21 years of experience in the training and development field, including my latest role as an Instructional Designer at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, I am passionate about creating effective and engaging learning solutions for various audiences and needs. I have a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology from Trevecca Nazarene University, and multiple certifications from LinkedIn on Articulate Storyline and e-learning engagement.My core competencies include training management, learning analysis and design, facilitation, and e-learning development, using Articulate 360 and other tools. I have a proven track record of working in the higher education, retail, and non-profit sectors, designing and delivering learning modules and courses for different learning styles and skill levels. My mission is to empower learners with the knowledge and skills they need to achieve their goals and enhance their performance.
