About Tim McClintick

I have a passion for improving the quality of life in communities to allow people to age in place and still be inclusive of all generations. Early in my career I worked at a local hardware/lumber yard. It was here I was taught servant leadership and when you gave to your community the return was greater that your effort. This was exhibited by local everyday citizens, who helped when there was a need or project without any expectations of fame. Volunteerism came naturally to me and led me to serve on the fire and ambulance services as well serve as the President of the local Historical Museum Board. My introduction to local government allowed me to voluntarily serve on multiple commissions and boards. As the Town Manager, I performed the administration of duties of the Town Council and supervision of the town’s Economic Development, Planning Department, Public Works, and the Utility Office, including Water and Electric Utilities. Responsible for town and utility budgeting, staffing, and operations. My experiences also include inspections of existing and new structures and applying the applicable building codes and preparing reports.
