About Tim McDougal

As a long-time San Diego community banker, I appreciate offering my clients a proactive, small business-geared bank. Without boxes our clients have to fit into, Endeavor Bank is where local and regional business leaders can and do receive coaching and mentoring customized to their specific businesses. I’m committed to this consultative approach for building relationships and companies. I have specialized expertise with real estate construction and development loans, as well as lines of credit for owner/user building financing, but I work with a wide range of business types and requirements. Over my career, I have substantially grown East County San Diego offices for several banks, always leading with exceptional customer service. I’m proud to give back to my community through my involvement on the East County Boys & Girls Club operating board and foundation board. I’m also chair of the Rotary Club of El Cajon’s foundation and a board member and past president of the philanthropic organization East County Posse.
