About Tim McFadden

I have more than 29 years of experience in the investment management industry and take pride in my instinctual ability to provide honest counsel that enables my clients to tactically manage their financial futures. Prior to becoming a founding partner of TJT Capital Group, I worked for several independent SEC Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firms, creating customized portfolios that put my clients’ interests first. In 1996, I was fortunate enough to begin working for The BJ Group Inc, a Company owned by Bob Brinker and Sheldon Jacobs. Under their tutelage I came to understand the importance of a tactical asset allocation approach to portfolio management. The BJ Group Inc. was sold in early but Bob Brinker’s influence remained in The BJ Group Services division of a few different companies including GE Private Asset Management. This experience translated into my current role as partner at TJT Capital, as it provided me with a unique understanding for how to participate in a bull market and protect in a bear market. TJT was established with a clear purpose of enabling clients to take advantage of a proprietary risk model, which is based on 5 indicators that really matter and signal the true direction and health of the market.
