I’m a hands-on, detail-oriented Business Relationship Manager with a strong track record of bridging the gap between finance and technology—especially in high-stakes, revenue-related systems. I specialize in supporting and evolving enterprise finance-related platforms, with deep recent experience in Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems like Certinia, as well as legacy finance applications. My background as a former application developer gives me a unique edge: I am not afraid to dig in and be hands-on, to look at the data or the code, and can translate complex business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions—and vice versa. Over the past year, I’ve taken the lead in supporting controllership, revenue recognition, and audit-related exploration of our revenue system by acting as the go-to SME across business stakeholders, our IT teams, and external auditors. In the past, I’ve also served as a Scrum Product Owner, helping to drive enhancements and prioritize backlogs based on real business impact.
