I’ve led product and platform orgs, shipped high-impact products used by enterprise and B2B2C customers, and helped companies break through stalls in growth or clarity. My teams have launched multi-line product suites, developed new monetization models, and built GTM programs that worked under pressure, not just on paper. Recently, I’ve been using large language models as a strategic lever, not for content, but for calibration. I prototype messaging, simulate stakeholder response, and pressure-test decisions by using structured prompts to model narrative, tone, and stakeholder dynamics. I help leadership teams clarify the real problem, pressure-test the plan, and build toward decisions that drive traction, deliver value, and support growth.
