About Tim Mdiv Radmore

I’m passionate about leadership, whether in ministry or my IT career—both boil down to serving and guiding people. In ministry, I help individuals deepen their faith and understanding of God’s Word, drawing on my love for teaching, the Bible, and church history. In IT, I empower teams to solve complex problems and deliver tailored, mission-critical solutions. In ministry, I have been a Senior Pastor at two different churches for over 12 years. I hold an MA and MDiv in Leadership, Church History, and Chaplaincy, and I’m currently pursuing a DMin. I thrive on leading others toward spiritual growth and exploring the rich context of our faith. In my 25+ year IT management career, I’ve led efforts to resolve high-stakes application challenges while driving process improvements and product evolution. As a business leader in escalation management, I’ve honed a knack for aligning diverse stakeholders, boosting customer satisfaction, and standardizing deliverables. My broad IT experience—spanning sales, operations, consulting, development, and support—is backed by an MBA and ITIL Expert certification, with a focus on analytical problem-solving.Though these paths may seem worlds apart, they’re united by a core principle: servant leadership. Whether fostering spiritual growth or delivering technical solutions, I’m committed to helping others succeed.
