About Tim Mellifont

Having worked in the hospitality industry since leaving school under the close mentorship of one of Queensland's best hoteliers, I have developed and refined a fantastic work ethic. I have built and maintained relationships that have been invaluable to me. I understand the value of the customer and the importance of treating everyone like an opportunity. I enjoy conversations with people from all walks of life; from very prominent businessmen and elite sports professionals, to the guy sitting on the bar stool opposite me. All these interactions everyday in someway or another have helped me. The skills that I maintain and pride myself on in the hospitality industry will help prepare me for all challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Having to think on my feet and react to a diverse range of situations at anytime will prove to be very valuable to me in my future. I have a real passion for sport and take a keen interest in the administration side of all sporting codes. I like to test myself and enjoy change.
