I’m an experienced logistics and operations leader with nearly two decades of proven results driving efficiency, safety, and innovation across the supply chain. Currently, I serve as Inventory & Warehouse Manager (Asset Management) at APM Terminals – Elizabeth, NJ, where I oversee inventory integrity, maintenance materials, and global compliance within the terminal’s asset ecosystem. My focus is on building sustainable processes that enhance equipment uptime, financial accuracy, and cross-functional visibility. Before joining APM Terminals, I spent 19 years leading logistics operations at MitchellsNY Logistics, where I directed multi-site warehousing, cold chain, and last-mile distribution across food, pharmaceutical, and luxury sectors. There, I implemented Lean systems, WMS/TMS integrations, and AI-driven route optimization reducing costs and improving service across all channels. At APM Terminals, I’m now applying that same mindset to asset reliability: IFS10 and Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility and KPI tracking (Stock Turns, Variance, Inventory-to-Equipment Ratio). Driving cycle count standardization and alignment with GPG/GPN and Archer risk controls. Leading warehouse layout optimization and supplier collaboration projects (tire recap programs, wire rope consignment, and repair/vendor accountability). Partnering closely with Finance, Planning, and Maintenance to ensure transparent and data-driven decision-making. I believe operational excellence is built on curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement and I’m passionate about transforming warehouses into engines of reliability and performance.
