I have come up through the ranks from software developer to Infrastructure and Operations Program Manager at NCATS (National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences) and am proud of the value I have added at each stage of my career.Highlights of my career success and value differentiators include: Recipient of the 2016 NCATS Director’s Award Recipient of the 2014 and 2015 Distinguished Achievement Award for Outstanding Performance. Grew a $12M, 3-year government contract from $4M to $25M annually by year 3 as principal project manager. Introduced DevOps culture creating increased value while expediting implementation. Saved $100K in product shipping costs and shortened delivery timeline by optimizing application ordering process. Developed a compound ordering/management application that enhanced and streamlined processing workflow to include integration with existing inventory systems.My leadership philosophy is to lead by example with humility and respect for others.
