I’m a Director of Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with more than 15 years of experience transforming operational performance through strategy, data, and disciplined process excellence. I specialize in helping organizations turn inefficiency into opportunity—building systems, teams, and mindsets that deliver measurable results and sustainable growth. Throughout my career, I’ve led enterprise-level improvement initiatives across both public and private sectors, achieving more than $21 million in documented savings for the State of Louisiana and an additional $25 million in savings within Supply Chain Operations for a well-established private company through Lean Six Sigma–based process improvements. At Agilify Consulting, I manage a high-performing team of Lean Six Sigma professionals and oversee a diverse portfolio of process improvement projects that drive quality, speed, and customer satisfaction. My approach blends analytical precision with people-centered leadership—coaching and mentoring executives, Green Belts, and frontline teams to adopt a culture of continuous improvement. To date, I’ve trained and certified over 400 professionals across Green, Yellow, and White Belt levels, embedding operational excellence across entire organizations.
