About Tim Mills

As a versatile, results-driven expert in business sales with 20 years of progressive and diverse experience in small and medium-sized businesses, enterprises, and the public sector, I have acquired valuable skills in organization building and business-to-business sales leadership. I specialize in helping employees and clients accomplish short and long-term goals. I'm passionate about how things work, and I'm not afraid to question existing processes. I enjoy analyzing complex problems and delivering solutions where no precedent exists. During my 18 years at Verizon, I developed a well-rounded skillset, continually gaining knowledge and experience via exposure to all facets of the company. I started in a front-line sales role in a retail location and progressed to Director, working in many channels along the way, which enabled me to migrate fluidly between roles and channels. Additionally, I take pride in my community work. For the last six years, I've volunteered with Buddy Baseball, a non-competitive recreational league for children with special needs. Each player is paired with a buddy to assist on the field and in the dugout. In addition to coaching, I volunteer as a game announcer, which adds excitement and an authentic baseball feel. The most special part was volunteering with my daughter for five of those years before she went to college. We learned a lot about each other, and it was a rewarding experience that I'll always cherish. My next career goal is to find an exciting opportunity that challenges me. I thrive in fast-paced environments, and I enjoy helping people do more with technology. I’m excited to start a new chapter and continue delivering incredible results. I continually search for ways to improve my skillset and acquire new experiences. I'm often described as "curious" and "creative" at work and home. I'm a lifelong learner and will always choose the path that enables me to grow and develop. I’m happiest when connecting with others and channeling my desire to win into shared success at work, at home, and in my community.
