About Tim Morris

Dedicated development practitioner with a wealth of experience spanning small and large organisations, both domestically and internationally. My journey in project planning, development, management, monitoring, evaluation, and learning has honed my cultural competency and ability to collaborate with diverse teams. My core competencies include designing, implementing, and managing M&E systems, processes, and tools, building the capacity of staff and partners, capturing and communicating results and impacts, and promoting institutional learning and best practices. I excel in working with diverse stakeholders in dynamic and fast-paced environments. My mission is to enhance the quality and effectiveness of development programs that address the root causes of poverty and empower communities to achieve integral human development. I have a Master of Environment with a specialisation in Development Studies and a Bachelor of Media and International Studies with a focus on Asian Studies and Chinese.
