About Tim Muscholl

Focusing on designing, evolving, and leading BPM/BTM initiatives — covering process visualization, process intelligence, and process insights using SAP Signavio, LeanIX, and SAP Cloud ALM. My work supports both client transformation projects and internal excellence initiatives. Alongside that, I work as a consultant in manufacturing, supply chain design, and production optimization, primarily with 3DS DELMIA Quintiq solutions such as Scheduler, Company Planner, Macro Planner, and Order Combiner — solving complex business puzzles across different industries. Since 2023, I’ve been officially DELMIA Quintiq certified in multiple roles: Industry Process Consultant (IPC), Industry Metal Expert, and various solution consultants, including Macro Planner and Company Planner. I bring deep expertise in detailed planning, factory design, and operational, tactical, and strategic planning as well as deep process industry knowledge. Taking care of PM responsibilities in international teams as well as presales activities to bring solutions closer to customers is a skill I'm trying to master every day - pushing for efficiency and high quality results. In addition, I support our internal IT with MS SharePoint development and cybersecurity infrastructure. My broad perspective and expertise offers customers great value across different technologies, various use cases and helps mastering highly complex challenges. Apart from that, in addition to my B.Sc. in Business Intelligence & Data Science, I'm achieving my M.Sc. in industrial engineering with a focus on digital factories and operational excellence. In my spare time, I'd like to be outside and spent time with family and friends.
