About Tim Needham
The Access Group Foundation was set up in 2021, following the success and growth of The Access Group. In addition to "Bridging the Digital Divide," one of the key objectives of the foundation is to support the causes of charitable organisations where there is are strong emotional links & connections with a member of Access Staff. This provides a fantastic opportunity for Access employees to help make a real difference to causes which are important to them. With the ongoing financial success of the Access Group, its headcount continues to grow. After 18 years working with the Group, I am voluntary supporting the trustees in the promotion of the work of the foundation to Access Staff and other charitable organisations, helping them and funding. Over the past 20 years, I have been lucky enough to have some great times out on the water. Having qualified as an RYA Powerboat Instructor, am looking forward to help other make the most of their boating.
