As an Advisor to Executives in the home center and large specialty categories of the retail business, my primary focus is helping leaders achieve their growth goals. In leading the product management process at Swiss Krono, I’m able to partner with you on both product and program design, helping you to effectively differentiate and position your company for success to today’s competitive flooring market. In working with Executives (and their teams), I FOCUS on five areas: STRATEGY: Align your product assortment with a mix that fits the current and future needs of your business and is in line with industry trends MESSAGING: Develop a strong value proposition for each category that resonates with the sales team and the end consumer. MARKETING: Determine a consistent set of requirements, including online and in-store content which set you apart from the competition while making the customer feel inspired to purchase. PROCESS: Establish a methodology for maintaining relevancy through product assortment changes which keep you the retailer as a leader of driving innovation in new product types and product design.
