My name is Tim and I’m a Training Specialist at HomeX Services Group! My unique background of QSR management and training, passion for technology, and a desire for a successful team is what drives me everyday. At HxSG, I train our field and office staff how to use our CRM, ServiceTitan. I also train field staff about the Service System, a 6-step process on ensuring the customer experience is top of mind for technicians. Through my experience working with the ServiceTitan, I have been able to become certified in key areas: Certified User: Residential Administrator Certified User: CSR/Dispatch Certified User: Inventory Manager Training workflows and processes is a key function of my role. Ensuring the office staff can fully support the field techs is vital to a home services organization, and the training team bridges that gap through effective training and communication. Company acquisition training is another key aspect of my role.
