In today’s busy business environment it can be difficult to form relationships outside of our usual networks. I believe it takes personal vision, commitment and a genuine interest in the other party in also reaching their goals. The commitment we refer to is one of absolute accountability and vigilance towards our client’s property portfolios. Problems are to be solved, and solutions are only to be presented to our clients. That is my personal philosophy. When other people win, I win. I feel fortunate in my career to work at Canterbury Property Services for the past 12 years. My longevity is largely due to the fact that I share the same ethos as Canterbury Services- helping people’s lives and financial circumstances. It’s easy to promote a service when you 100% believe in it and “practice what you preach”. I live by the rule of doing what you say you will, at the time you say you will. This has stood me in good stead in developing and maintaining long standing relationships. There is a mutual trust that comes from this level of reliability. Growth through the Canterbury strategy is achieved naturally – like evolution. With this growth I have recently completed a 22 townhouse development in Brisbane – an opportunity grown from the fruits of my own the long term Canterbury portfolio success. Now I’m working on completing my next project which is a subdivision of up to 50 blocks of land at the Gold Coast. In fact telling people how I did this by age 34 is what I do for a living. I am currently growing my professional network, and actively seeking like minded, solid connections.
