I am the Assistant Director of Campus IT Partnerships at the University of Arizona (position ending 9/27/25), managing a team of Senior Implementation Analysts, leading campus-wide digital transformation initiatives that impact tens of thousands of users. In 2021 I won the University of Arizona Team Award for Excellence for my work building information systems and processes that helped keep the University operational during the COVID crisis. My passion is creating order out of chaos, improving the lives of end users, and creating well-oiled solutions that increase quality, lower costs, improve efficiency, and make all stakeholders happier. I developed, owned and operated a Web-based music store in 1995 when the Web was in its infancy, and have been deeply involved in digital transformation and managing IT teams since that time.
