I help Canada’s largest enterprises turn complex technology transformations into measurable business value—then build the teams and governance to keep that value growing. Over 15 years at Deloitte Consulting, I’ve led multi-platform programs spanning Microsoft 365, OpenText, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and Oracle, often orchestrating cross-functional teams of project managers, engineers, consultants, and change-management specialists to deliver at scale. As lead of Deloitte Canada’s Microsoft 365 practice, I’m spearheading our Copilot and agentic-AI offerings. My sweet spot is information governance for AI solutions; making sure large language models unlock insights without compromising compliance, security, or trust. Career highlights • Directed enterprise-wide rollouts for provincial governments, integrated energy producers, utilities, and shipbuilders, programs frequently topping eight figures in value and touching thousands of users. • Designed and implemented governance frameworks that accelerated user adoption, reduced data-handling risk, and paved the way for responsible AI at scale. • Built and mentored high-performing Deloitte delivery squads, championing diversity of thought and continuous up-skilling across cloud, data, and automation.
