About Tim Ohlde

I am currently President of a rural community bank in North Central Kansas and Chief Executive Officer of Country Banker Systems, LLC. I have over thirty years of banking experience including positions as lender, loan resolution specialist, and senior loan review specialist. During that time, I was responsible for enhancing loan portfolio quality and created a powerful analysis system used by the bank for more than twenty-five years. Having been raised on a dairy farm, it was important to me to maintain my connection to agriculture. I have been able to apply my farm background and experience along with a degree in Ag-Education, with emphasis on Ag Economics from Kansas State University, to the Country Banker System. My goal is to help fellow lenders more effectively cope with time-consuming and often frustrating loan analysis, cash flow analysis, and proforma statements. I have previously served as a board member of the Banker’s Bank of Kansas and was also a member of the Executive Committee of the Farm Financial Standards Council (FFSC). Education is a focal point for me. I have enjoyed teaching at more than 40 banking schools while being the guest lecturer at numerous workshops and classes throughout the Midwest. He has taught Ag Lending to more than bankers, farmers, and students in six states. He has taught at the Colorado Graduate School of Banking in Boulder, CO. My passion is helping community banks be successful by using tools they can employ in a very short amount of time that generate rapid, powerful results. My teaching background, combined with over 30 years of real-world banking experience, provide the vision and insight that led to the development of Country Banker, a flexible, yet robust loan analysis system and management tool. Country Banker was designed by bankers for bankers to provide solutions for management, boards, lenders, and regulators.
