I'm an authentic Subject Matter Resource with 26 years of law enforcement experience, providing insightful, objective analysis advancing/enhancing intelligence development, investigations, resource prioritization, and operational planning and decision making of senior police managers and executives. Specializing in intelligence development and analysis in the following intersecting networks and associated threat streams: Transnational Organized Crime State-Sponsored Transnational Organized Crime State Actors – (Formal/Informal) – Operations National Security Counter-Terrorism Geo-Politics Transnational organized crime networks reflect multiple threat streams that adversely impact public health/safety, critical infrastructure, the integrity of economies and democratic institutions, and national and global security. Well into the third decade of the 21st century, long outdated, narrow-minded perceptions and approaches prevail with respect to transnational organized crime, national security, and convergences of these threats. This impairs and inhibits proactive, effective, and efficient counter-acting measures such as: intelligence development, investigations, disruption, security intelligence, and public policy development and implementation. With a unique package of experience, knowledge, skills, attributes, and ongoing educational and personal development, I offer perceptive analyses contextualizing the intersecting networks of transnational OC, state-sponsored/facilitated transnational OC, national security, and numerous geo-political variables.
