About Tim Ozechowski

I have a lead role in project management and evaluation on contracts related to child and family health. I specialize in evaluation design and implementation, data management, statistical analysis, and report preparation. In addition, I am actively involved in writing scholarly manuscripts and funding proposals.I have over 20 years of experience as a SAS programmer, and have used SAS extensively for managing complex multilevel data sets including electronic medical records and administrative data for various state programs. In addition, have expertise in a variety of statistical methods including structural equation modeling, hierarchical or multilevel modeling, item response theory modeling, longitudinal growth modeling, Bayesian statistical methods, and multiple imputation to address missing data.
