As a dedicated Health and Safety professional, I am committed to ensuring the highest standards of safety and well-being in the workplace. Currently, I am enrolled in the IOSH Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Leadership and Management, which is enhancing my expertise and leadership skills in this critical field. My extensive and varied knowledge of health and safety practices stems from my experience working in the highly regulated rail and nuclear power industries. This diverse work history has equipped me with skills in training, team management, individual coaching, development, planning, cost management, and financial reporting. I excel in negotiation, establishing rapport, and building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including board-level executives. In my role as the Health and Safety Facilitator for the UK Commercial Area, I assist Operations teams in implementing effective safety measures. I am driven by a desire to excel in all aspects of my work and personal life while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
