As a real estate acquisition and investment banking professional with 13 years of experience, my mission is to originate and execute compelling investment stories. For the last 11 years I have worked at Lone Star Funds and Hudson Advisors focusing mainly on commercial real estate acquisitions in the Netherlands, Belgium, the Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark) and Germany. This resulted in a number of successful, large and complex transactions- Acquisition of approx. EUR 100m loan collateralized by Dutch office asset - Leadership acquisition team including negotiations, Due Diligence coordination, Documentation, Closing - Sale of EUR 51m shopping center / parking complex in Amsterdam - Co-lead in sale negotiations - Acquisition of approx. EUR 200m retail real estate portfolio - Leadership acquisition team, Due Diligence coordination, Documentation, Closing - Sale of approx. EUR 35m shopping center in Eindhoven to German institutional all equity buyer - Lead in sale negotiations, signing/closing on the same day - Sale of approx.
