About Tim Pearse

I believe in the power and joy of learning. I believe technology in Education can make a significant positive impact on the lives of students and teachers. Here is what I do: I work in the EdTech and Publishing industry at Cengage Learning, for the division National Geographic Learning, as the Sales Manager for Central and Eastern Europe, which includes parts of Central Asia. I share the benefits of digital resources demonstrating how technology in Education elevates teaching, learning and organizational outcomes. I work with Ministries of Education and have been instrumental in delivering projects that enrich the lives of thousands of students and teachers every day. I work with private Education companies on large-scale projects transforming businesses into customer-focussed, technology-first organisations. I lead over thirty channel partners in multiple countries with a focus on culture, values, direction and support to the benefit of all sides. I promote and sell digital resources and platforms (SaaS) with a focus on activation, monthly usage (UMAU) and customer success. I'm involved in co-publishing and licensing projects partnering with other large multinational publishing companies. I lead and develop solutions to Ministry tenders from conception to submitting to delivery. I embrace new technology using Slack, Salesforce, Power BI, Teams, Concur, Workday, and other platforms and systems. I have increased regional revenue by over one hundred per cent, growing at double-digits and more annually.
