An experienced Facilities Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the property, telecommunications and correctional industries. The skills gained over my career have made me a versatile manager able to work across a variety of fields. Demonstrated leadership across numerous contracts with small to medium size teams of both direct reports and teams of subcontractors. Working closely and collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to work towards and achieve results in line with their goals and values. A strong history of effective project management throughout my career on a number of projects including works on heritage listed properties involving government departments and heritage bodies. A clear understanding of change management achieving positive outcomes demonstrated during an intensive period of transition while working on the privatisation of a formerly state run correctional facility. A demonstrated commitment to safety in the workplace and proud record of zero lost time injuries.
