I like to connect people with their passion and create action. In my career, I have been driven by intellectual curiosity and discovering what others are passionate about. Whether someone is searching for their favorite song, opening a new business, or discovering a new hobby, I spark personable conversations with strategic steps to experience others’ dreams in hopes of bringing them to our reality. Since graduating from the University of Oregon and founding what would be known as the University of Oregon Esports Program, I have fully embraced my ability to connect and build relationships. My professional journey has led me to unique opportunities in sales, marketing, leadership, development, community management, learning experience design, nonprofit work, and multimedia. I spend my time as a metaphorical sponge: always open to 'soaking' in experience and knowledge. As a leader, it becomes my civic duty to wring out this sponge to act as a catalyst for bringing out the best in others to shape their future and better our communities. I am a Senior Associate in Learning Experience Design for Wayfair Global B2C Sales, on the Board of Directors for Politisit, and moonlighting as a local DJ. By day I manage knowledge and learning software, in the afternoon I volunteer to enable parents to become civically engaged by covering childcare costs, and at night I am the soundtrack to the night. In all of my endeavors, I strive to establish a deep connection with others by approaching interactions with purpose, inclusivity, and empathy, with the goal of collaborating to make our shared aspirations a tangible reality.
