As an accomplished Supply Chain Executive and Commercial Officer, Tim has spent the better part of the last decade working with Fortune 500 companies along with growth stage transportation and start ups to find the top talent for their senior leadership roles. Throughout his evolution from an Executive Search Professional to his current role as Chief Commercial Officer for a near $100M Transportation Start Up, he has built an extensive network within the supply chain sector. Tim has worked closely with hundreds of Senior Executives to build their rockstar teams professionally and now providing a variety of supply chain solutions. To this day Tim has Linkedin followers that are all within the supply chain industry. This ranks him in the top 1% in North America for supply chain connections. This large network of followers has allowed Tim to make a large impact in both staffing and other sectors of supply chain such as transportation and procurement. Tim’s now been able maximize his connections to offer transportation and procurement solutions though his role at Spartan Carrier Group such as, FTL and LTL services, procurement and sourcing of trailers, power units, robotics solutions and warehouse space. To put numbers behind his achievements 2022 Tim has successfully billed, 2.6 million dollars in trailer lease sales, 11,998,220 in power unit sales, 6 million in warehouse lease and 2 million dollars in robotics sales. Combined with his 24 million dollars in salaries placed in his staffing career, Tim has now quickly became the go to person for all transportation and procurement needs in supply chain. Tim has used faith based principles as his moral compass in business creating strong, reliable working relationships.
