Tim Perry, a seasoned professional with 26 years of experience in commercial real estate, is deeply passionate about community-building and the essential components of creating vibrant spaces. Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Rhodes College in 1997, Perry began his career at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) before joining North American Properties (NAP) in 2009, where he now serves as Managing Partner of the Atlanta office. Under Perry’s leadership, NAP Atlanta has seen remarkable growth, expanding its commercial footprint to 5.3 million square feet valued at over $2.5 billion. Perry has overseen the acquisition, redevelopment, and disposition of several mixed-use communities, including renowned destinations like Atlantic Station, Avalon, Birkdale Village, and Ridge Hill. Notably, NAP Atlanta's properties attract over 32 million annual visitors and have raised over $1 million for local charities in the last decade. Perry prioritizes fostering a positive company culture at NAP Atlanta, achieving a gender-balanced leadership team and establishing in-house departments to enhance the firm's capabilities. He has also spearheaded initiatives focused on philanthropy, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), significantly increasing community engagement efforts. Beyond his professional endeavors, Perry is deeply involved in community service. He chairs the North Fulton Community Improvement District (NFCID), where he has led impactful infrastructure projects, and serves on the board of Rehabilitation Enables Dreams (RED), advocating for criminal justice reform. Additionally, Perry contributes to the care of the iconic Purple People Bridge as a board member of the Newport Southbank Bridge Co.(NSBC), among other notable roles.
