Strong cross-team communication skills: In all my previous experience, I have used the ability to talk with people from all backgrounds and bring them into a cohesive, successful group. As a hostage negotiator and crises intervention specialist, my communication skills have been tested by a variety of critical issues that can only occur in the dynamic of human interaction in a high stress environment. Exceptional organization skills: In my jobs, I am always clear, concise, and specific. I responsibly clarify and follow up on all action items. As a commissioned officer in the united stated military, I have worked in an environment where the expectation of my organization and accountability skills was placed at a high degree. Those skills have been tested through multiple deployments as well as the chaos of the day to day process’ involving more than a hundred personnel. Those personnel using equipment worth several thousand dollars individually, and representing a significant informational security risk. Drives solutions: As a military and civilian police officer, I drive creative solutions to problems that have no defined course of action, as well as direct team members in capacities that best fit their skills. I am expected to identify solutions that are non-dictatorial in nature, and inspire voluntary compliance by involved person(s). Specialties: I am specialized in the efficient and effective deployment of an organization's resources when and where they are needed. Such resources may include financial resources, inventory, human skills, production resources, or information. Additionally, I have a specialized skill set in both oral and written communication that includes cross culture dynamics. I also poses a specialized skill set in criminal, international and American constitutional law.
