About Tim Phillips

I have varied experience across many software technologies and disciplines. My customer service, management and quality assurance experience have exposed me to different aspects of business software production and implementation at small and large software and end-user companies. I take a high level goal oriented view and a moderate position of the various situations and problems that I face. Specialties: I'm very proficient at all general troubleshooting, as well as design and development in the software creation and implementation arenas. My specialties include, but are not limited to implementation as well as automated and manual software testing and the management/administration of such activities on Windows and UNIX platforms. I create educational course material, and am responsible for the development of troubleshooting and “best practices” methodology assets.
