About Tim Platt

Born and raised in Toronto, I moved to Halifax in 2014 and shortly thereafter began my tenure at CBRE. In just over five years in the industry I’ve become a market leader working with tenant’s in the office and retail sector throughout Atlantic Canada. Market knowledge, relationships, and a client first approach are at the core of how I operate. I’ve had the opportunity to lead and support some of the region’s most significant leasing assignments. Our team supports large corporate entities, but just as satisfying is working with regional organizations to establish effective workplace strategies. My diverse background particularly my experience in brand marketing transfers well to the retail occupier side. An unbiased, analytics based approach is paramount to new store site selection – ensuring all markets are evaluated and given the proper attention. The end goal is finding innovative, efficient, and exciting opportunities for organizations to maximize their potential through real estate. See you out there!
