I began working in the oil and gas industry upon completion of my BA (English) from the University of Saskatchewan in 1998. I intended to work for several years and then pursue a law degree at a Canadian Institution when I became a mature student at age 25. I found the work to be challenging and dynamic with the potential for advancement given the degree of motivation and dedication that our industry demanded. As such my career focus shifted. I have worked my way from Service Rig Floor Hand to Business Development Manger for a company with substantial SE Saskatchewan operations. I am knowledgeable in well servicing, snubbing, coiled tubing, drilling, high pressure pumping operations, rod pumping system design, automation, wellbore optimization, and fishing operations. I have spent considerable time working in EOR fields with CO2 and water injection. I pride myself in the ability to safely and efficiently participate in any oil and gas project.
