About Tim Polk

As a sales leader with over 5 years of experience in territory sales management and 8+ years within the commercial, residential and industrial HVAC industry, I pride myself on a track record of consistently improving revenues and customer relations. Early in my career, I found a niche within service and product sales and quickly took on the role of senior territory manager with Munch’s Supply, a position within which I have grown and excelled. This opportunity has allowed me to lead and work alongside an excellent team of territory managers and dealer representatives. Over the years I have expanded our account portfolio to nearly $10M by averaging 18% YOY growth since assuming the role in 2012. I have achieved success in the sales arena and have also demonstrated the capability to improve revenues, enhance margins and cut costs, as well as automate and improve processes. Prior to Munch’s, I held another leadership role as manager of Stringray Mechanical Services where I developed my account management, sales, and operations leadership skills, which I carry with me to this day. With an eye towards continuous career advancement, I look forward to taking on progressively larger territories and leadership responsibilities.
