About Tim Pounds
Started a small pest control company called Bluebonnet Pest Control at 25 years old and grew it to 9 truck routes and 15 employees. Negotiated the sale of the company to Centex Hometeam Pest Defense in 2001. Purchased two Roly Poly Sandwich Franchise stores. The first Roly Poly Sandwiches I owned was in Preston Center on Kate Street which we sold in 2004. Our main location was on Mockingbird Ln. by the SMU Football Stadium. The Mockingbird Lane location was consistently one of the top 3 stores in the franchise system. I sold that store in July 2018 to one of my former managers, Guy Bellaver. He is still going strong today and can serve all of your catering needs. In the fall of 2019, I started the process of getting my General Lines: Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses. I officially opened for business at my Garland, Texas location in March of 2020. My Son Ben is currently studying to take his insurance exam and will be coming on with me as soon as possible. I love to serve people and offer customer service like family.
