Throughout my experiences of working with creative and analytical types, I have found that I am energized by working with a team that is focused, high energy, communicative and cooperative, regardless of the goal. I thrive when I am able to surround myself with those who offer unique perspectives, as I encourage solutions through working with one another utilizing our strengths. I find myself thriving when I am able to work alongside people who love to design, as I have over 15 years of experience in all forms of digital media. Being a freelance artist, I have worked with all sorts of studios, corporations, individuals and teams that have allowed me to gain valuable insight into production pipeline work, professional etiquette and the importance of interpersonal relationships. I am a lifelong-learner who has achieved my own success by surrounding myself with capable, competent, and motivated individuals and listening to their advice. The leadership that I embody puts an emphasis on teamwork, communication, and collaboration from my teams.
