An inspirational leader with extensive manufacturing experience gained in Board leadership positions, with broad industry expertise, especially in the aerospace, defence, rail and material processing technology sectors. I enable business leaders to challenge themselves and embed cultural and behavioural change, transforming their understanding and view of strategic barriers to success. Achieved a 115% growth in EBITDA, in 21 months, with the incumbent leadership team resulting in a successfully funded MBO exit. A skilled team-builder and facilitator.
