I have been in the HVAC/R industry for 14 years and I am very passionate about what I do. I started off in the industry as a Installer Helper and I am now acting Service Manger at one of the larges Trane dealers in the U.S. I love what I do. I over see quoted jobs, daily job scheduling, tech coordinator, job coordinator, quote jobs, order service and warranty parts, submit warranty claims, dispatcher, customer service, tech support, set up and lead continued education classes for technicians. I have recently discovered that I love conducting training classed for my technicians. I feel as a senior tech its my duty to teach the younger new technicians what I had to learn the hard way. I try to be the lead tech that I needed when I was younger. I feel like I have a lot to offer any company I work for. I am growing everyday because I now I am destined for great things. I live a life of kindness and respect. I treat everyone with the amount of kindness and respect that I would want someone to treat me with. My future is bright and what I do today effects that future.
