Planning, development, relationship building, stakeholder management, operational delivery and financial management are my particular strengths. I naturally think ‘big picture’, yet always have eyes firmly on the detail. My style is achievement-focused while maintaining a collegial approach to ensure my relationships continue to create success. My absolute passion is delivery and ensuring the people involved get home safely to their whanau at the end of their workday, always working towards the commitment of a zero-harm working environment The theme of my career has been relationship building with a strong focus on the development and delivery of both projects and events that - I am very proud to say - inspire and engage people with a high level of attention to detail on safety.
