I'm a people-first Data, Analytics and AI leader who operates comfortably at executive level, helping organisations translate strategy into capability and sustained business value. I take a pragmatic, commercially grounded approach to Data and AI, combining strategic clarity with enough technical depth to ask the right questions and set the right direction. Across more than two decades, I've built and led large, enterprise-scale data and analytics functions within banking, financial services and telecommunications. My experience spans strategy, transformation and execution in highly regulated, high-stakes environments where trust, governance and outcomes matter. My leadership philosophy is simple. There's no separate data or technology strategy. There's business strategy, built on people and enabled by data, analytics and AI. I believe these capabilities deserve the same intent, discipline and leadership as any other core function, because that's how they create lasting impact. I see my role as a multiplier. By thinking in systems and leading with empathy, I help organisations scale impact through their people. I'm known for building highly engaged teams, growing leadership capability and creating environments where experimentation, learning and accountability coexist. When this happens, data becomes embedded in how decisions are made and value is created. I work closely with CEOs and executive teams on business strategy, value creation, operating models and the responsible use of data and AI. These roles are equivalent in scope and impact to Chief Data, Analytics and AI leadership. I'm equally invested in coaching leaders and developing the next generation of data and analytics professionals. I enjoy connecting with people who are passionate about leadership, business and the practical use of data, analytics and AI. Leading diverse, multicultural teams has shaped how I think about inclusion, perspective and performance, as well as how I connect with people beyond work.
