Tim Rogers is a multi award-winning entrepreneurial journalist, producer and corporate storyteller with more than 20 years of experience reporting from Latin America and the United States for print, digital, social media, and television. Rogers has reported from 17 countries for over a dozen media outlets, including TIME, Miami Herald, BBC and The Christian Science Monitor. After 14 years living in Latin America, Rogers returned to the United States full time for a Nieman Fellowship at Harvard University in 2014. Since then he has worked in a variety of newsroom leadership roles — first as Senior Editor for Fusion; then as Producer and Senior Correspondent for Univision’s Real America with Jorge Ramos; and then as Deputy Editor at OZY. Rogers won the Edward R. Murrow Award for “best hard news” in 2019, and was part of a team that won for “best breaking news” in 2020 for reporting on refugee crises in Latin America.
