About Tim Rummo

I have fifteen years of experience in design and video production and would honestly do it for free if possible. It's truly my passion, and I'm always looking to improve on my skills in order to give my customers the product they deserve. Whether it's a small business, musician, or artist, my graphic work has always boosted recognition and profit. I'm currently working towards my B.A. in Graphic Design and Media at Southern New Hampshire University. I joined the United States Army in 2010 and after ten years as a Transportation Manager, Paratrooper, and Squad Leader I have decided to transition out and pursue a career in graphic arts and fitness coaching. My military experience helped me obtain crucial leadership skills as I attended multiple leadership schools and lived all over the country. I'm proud of my military service as it helped me create a platform of work ethic based on discipline and professionalism. In 2016 I found my local CrossFit community in Dover, NH and it helped me become a better person both mentally and physically. When I first started CrossFit I immediately knew that I wanted to become a coach and help people get healthier and fitter. With hard work and dedication I was able to accomplished my goal a couple years later and pass the coaches course in Boston.
