About Tim Ryder

Tim Ryder, NP-C is a board certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of experience as a NP and 20 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry. He graduated with an Associates and Bachelor of Science as well as a Masters of Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, TN. Tim spent the last 5 years working as a telemedicine Nurse Practitioner. During that time he was promoted to Team Lead where in addition to full-time patient facing responsibilities, he lead a team comprised of RNs, NPs, and Physicians and acted as a team leader and helped direct his team both Clinically and Operationally. He also helped with recruiting, training, and coaching new Clinicians. Prior to joining Lemonaid Health, Tim worked hard at providing efficient, compassionate evidence based care in various capacities such as Urgent Care as well as almost 4 years practicing Internal Medicine as an Acute Care Hospitalist at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. He also has over 8 years of experience as a RN in Case Management, ICU, and Hospice. Tim believes deeply in using technology to make healthcare more efficient, convenient, personalized, and affordable.
