About Tim Saelee

My current position is Marketing and Communications Coordinator at GRID Alternatives, Central Valley. Prior to this, I served at GRID for 11 months via the SolarCorps Fellowship program. With a background in photography, I was instrumental in growing their social media presence during my service term. Before joining Solarcorps, I was a customer service representative for Alorica, Inc. I spent five years perfecting the art of customer service while honing my skills as a troubleshooter. I won numerous awards for customer service such as Game Changer and being in the top 10 percent for customer satisfaction in a high volume call center. Also, I have 4 years of banking experience with Chase. I was a Licensed Banker (series 6,63) and a Small Business Specialist. My role was to assist clients with servicing their accounts and providing solutions to make their banking easier. During my time there, I was one of the top Bankers in my market. As a child growing up, I was highly competitive in sports, basketball being my favorite. Now, my favorite pastime activities are Chess and hanging out with my children. When life gets stressful, you can find me in the woods sleeping under a tent. I love the outdoors and appreciate the solitude it provides.
