God has seen fit to change my focus away from full time business with part time ministry to full time ministry and part time business. Effective June of 2014, I am now the new Awana Missionary for all of San Diego and Imperial Counties. As Missionaries we share the message of reaching boys and girls with the gospel of Christ through the Awana program. I couldn't be more excited about this change that God has put into my life. I will still have my hand in the mortgage business although only working with referral business from past clients and referral partners that I have a strong mutual connection with. I have been in the mortgage industry for the last 13 years which has prepared me well for the latest shift in markets. I'm still in the business I believe because I have always put my clients best interest ahead of my own. My business has been built from the ground up based upon developing relationships both within the real estate industry as well as many other industries. My goals include increasing my list of "referral friends" that I have complete confidence in referring my best clients to with the hopes that they will have the same confidence in me. Specialties: Government loans including FHA, FHA streamline refinances, and VA. I also enjoy working with first time homebuyers, investors and Seniors who may benefit from a reverse mortgage.
