About Tim Scholtens

Tim Scholtens is a passionate learn curious and driven game modder for several games and engines. At the age of 12 he started his first mod Tiberian Sun Redux in the year 2009, a total conversion mod for Command & Conquer: Generals Zero Hour with it's first and final release in 2013, during the development he applied for a QA position at cnclabs for a mod project known as The Forgotten to play test the mod and search for game breaking events. In 2011 he started his is second project Evolutions: Real Time Strategy Evolved for the game Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars and co developed both mods for the same game. During his modding experience he also had interest in front end web development, and started playing with HTML and CSS, around the year 2013 he got the opportunity to work as a Front End Developer, and managed his way trough to Web Designer and Back End Developer writing Web based server side application in PHP and MYSQL/i. While developing websites for a living he still had a passion for game modding and game development in general, and started to learn to create 3D models and texture's for said 3D models using Photoshop and 3ds MAX. Right now Tim Scholtens is following a Software Developer education in The Netherlands in the town Arnhem, next to his education is still developing several mods under the brand Chokepoint Games where he is Project Lead for Evolutions : Real Time Strategy Evolved and Lead Coder for Far Isle a total convert mod for the game ARMA 3
